My name is Andria Aguilar.
Education: I an alumni of Southwestern Assembly of God University in Waxahachie. I have an Associates Degree in Bible, a Bachelors Degree in Church Ministries, and a Masters Degree in Biblical Theology. I am certified to teach early childhood through 4th grade. I am also ESL certified.
Experience: I have been teaching at Life School Red Oak since 2004. I have 7 years experience teaching 3rd grade and I am now enjoying my 2nd grade adventure. I believe that children rise to the level of expectation you place on them, so I have very high expectations of my students. I believe it is my duty to prepare my students to be successful in life, not just to prepare them for 3rd grade. Educating children is my highest joy and I am so honored that you have entrusted me with your children.
Family: My husband, Eric, and I have been married since 2006. We have two extraordinary sons, Gino and Corbin. Gino graduated from Global High School. He loves to read and write, and is also interested in mythology from different cultures. Corbin is my baby and is my kissy-face boy. He is in preschool and enjoying learning his numbers and colors. He loves to sing and loves cars. I also have an incredible extended family that lives in Waxahachie, two nieces in the Navy, and a hysterical brother who lives in Corpus Christi with his beautiful wife and children.
